I am a Brenntag customer. How do I access Brenntag Connect?

Once you have received your log-in details, simply use the information provided to login and choose your own password. But because we are launching Brenntag Connect industry by industry, not everyone has received their login details yet. If you haven't yet received an invitation but would like to learn more about Brenntag Connect for yourself, let us know at connect@brenntag.de and we will get in touch with more information.

I am not yet a Brenntag customer, but I'd like to request a quote. How can I do this?

We are thrilled to have you interested in our products. Please, contact our helpdesk and we'll forward your request to the relevant sales manager.

I am a Brenntag customer. How can my colleagues also get access to Brenntag Connect?

That's easy. Just mail us at connect@brenntag.de, or your account manager, with the name, job title, phone number and email address(es) of your colleague(s). We'll then send them an invite to sign up to Brenntag Connect.

Products and Ordering

How can I change or cancel an order?

If you need to change or cancel an order, we’d ask you to contact your account manager. Their name and contact details are visible during the order process and in the order history under Order Details.

How do I know you've received and processed my order?

Once you've made an order you'll see a confirmation on the screen. You'll also get an email within 1 working day with an order confirmation and additional information.

You can monitor your order's progress in Order History.

Can I see the status of my order?

Absolutely. Brenntag Connect lets you check the status of your order at any time, day or night. Simply go to Order History.
There are 4 status possibilities:

Pending: We've received your order request. You will shortly receive our confirmation.

Confirmed: Your order has been confirmed and you've received an order confirmation.

In delivery: Your ordered products are on the way.

Delivered: The delivery has been made and the products received at your designated location.

How can I add new items to My Products?

Please contact your account manager and tell them what product(s) you're looking for. The products will be visible to you as soon as the price has been established.

How can I request a quote for a new product?

Please email us at connect@brenntag.de and we'll get back to you shortly.

How can I request additional documents in my account?

On Brenntag Connect you can download MSDS documents directly in your account (go to My Products or My Orders). But you can also request any other document that is relevant to your business: TDS, COA - you name it! Simply go to Product List and click Request information in a related product row. Select Documents/Certificates in a newly opened field and add your specifications. Once we receive your request, we'll email you the documents within a few office hours. In some cases, it might take a little bit longer.

How can I request a sample of a new product?

Now you can order samples using your Brenntag Connect account. Simply go to Product List and click Request Information in a related product row. Select Sample in a newly opened field and add your specifications. Once we receive your request, we'll make sure that you'll receive a sample as soon as possible.
