Products and Ordering

How can I change or cancel an order?

If you need to change or cancel an order, we’d ask you to contact us. Please use the contact details mentioned on our order request response email. 

How do I know you've received and processed my order?

Once you've made an order you'll see a confirmation on the screen. You'll receive an immidiate order request response email from us. As soon as the order has been processed by our customer service team, the order will become visible in your order history. 

Can I see the status of my order?

Absolutely. Brenntag Connect lets you check the status of your order at any time, day or night. Simply go to Order History.
There are 5 status possibilities:
 

Processed: We've received your order request and it has been entered into our system. You will shortly receive our confirmation.
Confirmed: Your order has been confirmed and you've received an order confirmation.
In delivery: Your ordered products are on the way.
Delivered: The delivery has been made and the products received at your designated location.
Invoiced: Your order has been deliveired completly and the invoiced has been generated and sent out. 

Other questions

How can I request a quote for a new product?

Requesting prices for new products has never been easier. Simply go to Product List and click "Request Information" for the selected product.  Once we receive your request, we'll provide you with a quote within a few office hours. In some cases, it might take a little bit longer.
 

How can I request additional documents in my account?

On Brenntag Connect you can download MSDS & TDS documents directly in your account. But you can also request any other document that is relevant to your business! Simply go to Product List and click "Request information" in for the selected product. Select Documents/Certificates in a newly opened field and select the documents you need. Once we receive your request, we'll email you the documents as soon as possible to you or contact you if we need further information from you.
